In case the user’s age is less than 18 years then only their parents, legal guardian or any relative or friend who is over 18 years old can purchase the course and/or membership on behalf of the user.
In case of any dispute arises because of the payment made by a minor (user of age less than 18 years), then the user’s parents or legal guardian will be responsible to resolve the dispute and to provide compensation for any kind of loss (financial or non-financial) to minor user and/or Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn. Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn will not be held responsible for any kind of loss caused due to payment or purchase made by a minor user (user of age less than 18 years).

Courses purchased separately and/or purchased in bulk/groups are bound to the same terms and conditions mentioned on this page.
You must not sell or modify the content of this Website and/or Course or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the materials in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn’s written permission.

COURSE DURATION

Course duration is the total length of videos a course has and is mentioned on the course page.
Course duration is informative and estimated to give a rough idea of the total length of all videos in a course hence cannot be considered 100% accurate.
There are many scenarios where the duration of the course could be modified. Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn reserves the right to modify course duration at its discretion.
For instance, if a user reports an error in a video then that video could be replaced with another video to correct the error hence the course duration would be modified.
Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn will not be liable for loss of any kind due to inaccuracy in the course duration information.

COURSE START DATE AND EXPIRATION OF COURSE (VALIDITY)

Course “start date and time” is the “date and time” at which a user initiates the course purchase on the website and to have instant access to the course user has to complete the payment successfully on the payment gateway. If the user changes his/her mind then it is his/her responsibility to cancel the purchase manually or contact support for the same. Completing the payment later on the same purchase will not change the course start date and time.
The expiration date and/or time period (validity) the user has access to the course is indicated on the course page and/or course purchase page.
If a user has to dispute the start date and/or expiry date then it should not be later than 48 hours of the expiry of the course. After 48 hours of the expiry of the course, we do not entertain any request to correct or dispute the start date and/or expiry date of the course.
In case no expiration date and/or time period has mentioned for a course, the maximum time period will apply to that course.
The maximum time period (validity) to access a single course shall not be greater than 6 months or 180 days, whichever is earlier.
Course validity is more than enough to cover the whole course duration hence the validity of a course cannot be changed or extended after the purchase under any circumstances.
If a user is unable to complete the whole duration of the course within the validity of the course then to extend the validity the user has to purchase the course again.

Sharing an account with other user/users either online or offline is prohibited and will be considered as a fraud on the user side (i.e. user is a fraudster). The same will lead to a permanent block/ban of the account without any compensation/refund.
It is the user’s responsibility to secure the username, email, and password and do not share it with anyone.
Account transfer and purchased courses transfer are not allowed. If a user transfers his/her account to anyone and/or provides access to his/her purchased courses to other users (whether registered or non-registered), the same will be considered as fraudulent activity and the user’s account will be suspended immediately without any refund/compensation.
Name and billing details are mandatory on the website, as they might be required by Govt. of India for audit and other taxation purposes. Providing fake, incomplete, and/or incorrect name and billing details will lead to permanent account suspension without any refund/compensation. The user account will be marked fraudster.

CERTIFICATES AND BADGES

Certificates and badges are meant for user’s personal use and/or personal collection. No other use of certificates and/or badges is permitted. Certificates and badges offered on the website are solely meant for motivation for users to continue their learning on the website and are not a part of any paid services and/or product. Certificates and badges can be modified and/or removed on the sole discretion of Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn without prior notice. Any kind of misuse of certificates and/or badges will lead to permanent suspension of account and/or membership without any refund/compensation. Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn will not be responsible and/or liable for any kind of loss due to the use of Certificates and Badges.

COUPONS

To avail discounts, COUPON must be applied before the payment.
After payment, there is no way to avail of any discount from Coupon.
Coupons are valid for a limited time only. We reserve the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your Cart when the coupon is in effect, the discount will not apply.
The coupon applies only to qualifying items displaying on the coupon offer.
The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.

Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn reserves the right to increase or decrease prices of services, memberships, and/or courses at its own discretion.
Offers and discounted prices are valid for a limited time only. We reserve the right to extend, modify or cancel offers and/or discounted prices at any time.
Once a course, membership, and/or service is purchased on the website then there is no way to avail any discounts either from the past offers or from the upcoming (future) offers.
Once a course, membership, and/or service is purchased, we do not demand the extra amount if the prices are increased. Similarly, we do not refund and/or compensate the difference / whole amount if the prices are decreased.
After the successful purchase, users have access to their purchased services, courses, and/or memberships until the expiry(end of validity). An increase or decrease in price will not affect the users until the end of the validity of the services, courses, and/or memberships. However, once validity is over (i.e. services, courses, and/or memberships are expired) then they can renew / re-purchase only at the available prices mentioned on the website. Renew or re-purchase at the same price they paid earlier is not guaranteed.

FRAUD PREVENTION

The terms and conditions mentioned on this page are binding to each user (registered and non-registered) of this website. Any action by the user against the terms and conditions would lead to permanent ban/suspension of account without any compensation and/or refund.
We reserve the right to reject our services to anyone with/without providing any reason. If any user who is explicitly told, either on social media or on at any platform where the same courses and/or memberships as on Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn is offered, that the user is banned, prohibited, and/or forbidden to use our services and/or purchase our products and if the user still uses another fake and/or real account to access our services, then the user will be considered as a fraudster and all the user’s accounts and purchases will be permanently suspended without any compensation and/or refund.
Use of any kind of derogatory and/or abusive language and/or gesture with Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn’s teams will lead to permanent ban of account and permanent suspension of membership and/or course without any refund and/or compensation.

USER ACCOUNT STATUS

Learner account: This is the default account status when a user register on the website and do not have active membership.

Member account: This is the account status for the user who has active membership on the website.

The registered user who do not have one of the above mentioned account status is not allowed to

access certificates and badges on the website
purchase courses on the website
purchase memberships on the website
access technical support on the website
modify account details
access anything other than already purchased courses and memberships on the website.

The registered user who do not have one of the above mentioned account status is only allowed to

login on the website
access already purchased courses (if any) on the website
access already purchased memberships (if any) on the website

only if there is no fraud activity associated with the user account.

MAINTENANCE MODE / TECHNICAL FAILURE

We reserve the right to put the website on Maintenance Mode for regular maintenance, up-gradation, editing, and/or other technical purposes.
Users cannot be able to access the website during maintenance mode.
As with any website, ashishkumarletslearn.com is also prone to failures. The company is not liable for the missing or not working part or features of the website before/during/after the failure. It’s users’ responsibility to highlight the not working or missing part or feature to Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn for rectification.
No compensation of any nature will be provided to any user because of any kind of loss or limited functionality due to maintenance mode and/or technical failure.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES OF THE SAME COURSE / MEMBERSHIP

Every effort has been made to avoid multiple purchase of the same course or membership by a user. In the rarest case, if it would happen, it will be resolved as per the following terms.
If a user, intentionally or unintentionally, purchases a course/membership before the expiry of the previous purchase of the same course/membership (i.e., membership with the same courses irrespective of the validity) then that situation will be handled in either of the following two ways.
(1) In most cases, the course/membership validity will be renewed or extended after the expiry of the previous purchase of the same course/membership.
(2) In the rarest case, if the validity of the previous purchase of the course/membership is not expired then the Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn Support will initiate a refund for the second purchase of the same course/membership only on the user’s request. To request a refund for multiple purchases, the user has to contact Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn support within 7 days of the second purchase. In case the user does not contact Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn support within 7 days or contact Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn Support after 7 days then the above first option of renew will be applied automatically and no refund shall be provided.
As the multiple purchases are the user’s decision whether intentional or unintentional, the user has to pay the Payment Gateway fee and other processing fees which is 5% of the total amount. The processing fee amount will be informed to the user and deducted before initiating the refund amount.
If the user refuses to pay the Payment Gateway fee and other processing fee then only the first option (renew of course/membership) will be applicable and no refund shall be provided to the user.

MEMBERSHIP

“Membership” / “membership plan” on the website refers to the package of multiple predetermined courses with longer validity and sometimes additional discounts, hence all the terms and conditions of individual courses in addition to the following are equally applicable on the membership as well.
Courses available under a membership plan, their validity, prices, and all other details are listed on the respective membership page and are subject to change without prior notice.
No additional courses other than mentioned will be provided in a membership plan.
The validity of membership cannot be extended or modified under any circumstances. If a user needs longer access than the membership’s validity then the user has to purchase the membership plan with longer validity only after the expiry of the previous membership. If a user changes the membership plan (switch to different membership validity plan) then all the progress related to courses under previous membership plan cannot be transferred to new membership plan.
If nothing is mentioned about the validity on the membership purchase or home page, then the maximum time period (validity) to access the membership shall not be greater than 6 months or 180 days, whichever is earlier.
Most of the individual courses have the same content as the courses offered in the membership plan, however, they are different products and can be purchased separately.
Users can buy individual courses as well as membership at the same time, however, merge, cancellation, and/or refund of those courses offering the same content in an individual course as well as in courses under membership, is not allowed under any circumstances.
Bulk purchase of courses by a user and membership are not the same. Users can bulk purchase any number of courses, as per user’s choice, either in a single transaction or in multiple transactions, however, membership contains a package of courses predetermined by Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn itself and can only be purchased in a single transaction.
If there is any confusion regarding the validity, course content, videos, etc of the membership then it is the user’s responsibility to contact Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn for answers to their queries before purchase.
Membership once purchased cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.

MISCELLANEOUS

Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn reserves the right to reject its services and/or products to anyone.
Support is only available for technical issues in accessing the account, payment, and/or course/membership. Support will only be provided through the Email.
Any kind of derogatory and/or abusive Email/responses to the support Email by the user will lead to permanent suspension of account and course/membership without any kind of refund/compensation.
Support is not a part of any paid service and/or of Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn. It is a voluntary FREE OF COST service offered by Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn. Hence, Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn reserves the right to reject support to anyone especially to those who use derogatory and/or abusive language with Ashish Kumar – Let’s Learn’s Support Team and/or administration team.
Every effort has been made to provide perfect content on the website, but sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances/situations and/or technical errors, user might find errors in the content provided on the website. User is advised to exercise prudence while using the website and report any error found to The Support Team for corrections. In sum, in no event, shall the Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
In the rare case, if the company is held liable for compensation and/or refund then the compensation and refund amount (combined) shall not exceed the total amount user paid to the company.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
