Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Our website mainly serves recorded educational videos under courses to our customers and the sample videos are available free of cost for anyone to watch on YouTube and on the website.
Please read course details and "terms & conditions" before purchasing course, it provides all the details about the course, its content and expiration.
Our customers have more than sufficient resources to decide before purchasing and due to the nature of the products we offer, courses, membership and/or services once purchased cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES OF THE SAME COURSE / MEMBERSHIP:
If a user, intentionally or unintentionally, purchases a course/membership before the expiry of the previous purchase of the same course/membership (i.e., membership with the same courses irrespective of the validity) then that situation will be handled in either of the following two ways.
(1) In most cases, the course/membership validity will be renewed or extended after the expiry of the previous purchase of the same course/membership.
(2) In the rarest case, if the validity of the previous purchase of the course/membership is not expired then the Ashish Kumar - Let's Learn Support will initiate a refund for the second purchase of the same course/membership only on the user's request. To request a refund for multiple purchases, the user has to contact Ashish Kumar - Let's Learn support within 7 days of the second purchase. In case the user does not contact Ashish Kumar - Let's Learn support within 7 days or contact Ashish Kumar - Let's Learn Support after 7 days then the above first option of renew will be applied automatically and no refund shall be provided.
As the multiple purchases are the user's decision whether intentional or unintentional, the user has to pay the Payment Gateway fee and other processing fees which is 5% of the total amount. The processing fee amount will be informed to the user and deducted before initiating the refund amount.
If the user refuses to pay the Payment Gateway fee and other processing fee then only the first option (renew of course/membership) will be applicable and no refund shall be provided to the user.
