This is a community website, where both teachers and students are our members.
There are special groups for each class, where you can discuss your doubts and queries in Maths with the other members.

Q. How to join the group?

You’ll automatically be added to the group of your class when you purchase the membership.

Q. How many groups I can join?

You can only join group of your class covered under your membership plan.

Never share your personal information like contact number, email id, address, date of birth, bank details, family details etc in the comments, messages or groups. Someone might misuse that information.

Limited your discussion to Mathematics only.

If any member harass or bully you, then take the screenshot, block the member and send the screenshot to our support team for further actions.

If you have found any inappropriate comment or message then take the screenshot and send it to our support team for further actions.

We take privacy of our members and educational ambiance on our website seriously. We are regularly blocking users who are either fraudsters or destroying the educational ambiance on our website.

It is recommended to all the members to limited their discussions to Mathematics only. Be polite and respectful in your comments and messages on the website and email.

If any member bring to our notice who is misusing the perks, harassing or bullying other members, or spamming on the website, will be blocked permanently from accessing the website, irrespective of their membership days left.

Q. What to discuss in comments sections?

You will found comments section underneath the videos.
If you have found any error / mistake in the video, then you can inform our support team about that error / mistake in the comments section.
You can also discuss your doubts with the other members in the comments section.
You can also send your feedback in the comments sections.

Q. What are Public Messages?

You can send any member on the website a message by mentioning him/her in the form “@username”. This way the member will get a notification about your message.
For example, if you want to send Our Support Team a public message then you can mention the support team using @support
Public messages are visible to all the members on the website.
You cannot send public messages to blocked users.
You will not receive notification for public messages from blocked users.

Q. What are Private Messages?

As the name suggests, private messages are only visible to you and the member whom you sent the message.
You cannot send private messages to blocked users.

- Messages: This has all of your public and private messages. Private messages are only visible to you.
- Friends: This has list of all of your friends on the website and new friend requests. Although anyone who has made an account on this website is visible to you but majority of them are not paid members. - Groups: This page has list of all of your joined groups.
- Settings: You can change your email, your password, email notifications from here.

Once you have trusted us by purchasing 12 months membership, your syllabus will be our responsibility.
We will provide our 12 months members full syllabus for Class 10 Maths, Class 11 Maths and Class 12 Maths months before their final exams.
To clarify more, syllabus of only those classes will be provided that covered under your membership plan.
Covide-19 lockdown has slowed India’s growth as well as our speed to provide you new content faster.
Once the lockdown will over, we are going to work with our full capacity and will provide you the syllabus months before your final exams as promised.
